  1. There is more sub prime auto debt now than there was sub prime home debt in 2006. Then you add student debt, mortgage debt, corporate debt, government debt. The debt is going to crush everything. And then you add in it the demographic trends, this will not only be worse than 2008, but it wont recover, at least in the housing market.
