  1. Any NATO member who sends troops into Ukraine, without universal consent from NATO as a whole, will be legally an aggressor nation and negate to other NATO members, their mutual defense responsibility should Russia counter attack them. I hope those nations that send troops understand that.

  2. Its worse that that. NATO nations that do send troops not as a part of NATO as a whole invite Russian retaliation without the protection of the rest of NATO. The NATO charter only protects non aggressor nations. Any nation that sends troops to fight Russia, in another nation, is an aggressor nation legally. Say Slovakia does and Russia nukes them, no NATO country would have to assist them.
