  1. The problem isnt people who are found guilty of domestic violence in a criminal court, but typically when one spouse accuses the other of domestic violence in family court. Zero evidence is needed and people lose their constitutionally protected rights without a fair trail, only the arbitrary choice of a judge. These individuals then lose their right to legal protection, physical protection and often their children with no recourse.
