  1. Silva was justified in killing M. That doesnt make it good. The two do not have to be the same. She essentially ended his life, he did the same in kind. If you are going to give a man up for dead, you better make sure he is dead. Otherwise he could very well take offense to it. And while it has been a while since I saw Skyfall, I do believe M told Bond, Silva just didnt have the good sense to die, or some variant of that. She thought she was above the dirt and the grime. Silva corrected that.
