  1. Why did they blur the victim when he started runnign and the cop started shooting. That makes no sense. Blur it after everyone sees what happened before the shots land. Simple.

  2. Nope. That was a bad shoot. He didn't state his intentions, he wasn't in any danger or being attacked. He tried to put the man in cuffs without telling him he was under arrest. All bad moves. Dude resonably complied until sh*t started getting weird and was probably afraid this wasn't a real cop.
