DNA is dependent on its complete code to operate, any little mix up can be catastrophic; and it's functions can be independent of its sequence,(genes several proteins apart interact to function) so they cannot arise by some step by step process.

  25. New atheism is no different then old atheism, except for the militant religious persecution and removal of any mention of God from society. You were given the freedom to believe whatever you want by the creator that your inalienable human rights come from, so why not give that same consideration to the religious? Why try to separate God from the public? Cause you fear judgement,or moral conviction that doesn't line up with your lifestyle? Maybe you should consider that atheism had positive entailments. If there is no God then naturalism and materialism is your only option. So when atheists say "we just don't believe"; they are either ignorant of the facts or simply lying about it.

  43. The only restrictions that should be allowed (whatever they are) should be clearly defined and posted like any actual rule. That's the rub. It's not that people are violating standards; because these entities were purposefully ambiguous so they can have free reign over who is considered a violator, limit use, and still be classified as a service that can not be personally sued. Otherwise they have to warn their customers when they are going to cut them off. Which would give them time to prepare and move or change their content.
