The only restrictions that should be allowed (whatever they are) should be clearly defined and posted like any actual rule. That's the rub. It's not that people are violating standards; because these entities were purposefully ambiguous so they can have free reign over who is considered a violator, limit use, and still be classified as a service that can not be personally sued. Otherwise they have to warn their customers when they are going to cut them off. Which would give them time to prepare and move or change their content.

Because they know they are using the "rights" honor system against them. We don't play that way, unless that's what God meant when he said the hearts of many grow cold at the end of days, and we stop being honorable in order to fight this evil. It's not us that need to change. I know how that sounds; but what is the middle ground between murdering babies and not, Boy/Girl or whatever you want, respect for the rule of law and the constitution or make it up depending on how you feel at the time?

Kent hovind went to jail for 9 years for 150 counts of taking his own money out of the bank to pay for expenses in his ministry. The IRS stole $450,000 from him in the process and took his property. Later the prosecutor was arrested for trying to meet a 5 year old with a jar of Vaseline. No lie. The judge is still under investigation.
