legna20v 1-no, plenty of hypocrites claim to be Christian. How can you say you put your faith in Christ and then turn around and flaunt sin in his face. Not saying any Christian is perfect but a big part of Christianity is turning away from sin, not living in sin and acting like it's all good.
2- So God's just supposed to go around haunting us, acting like an armchair quarterback. Every time were about to do something wrong he just pops up like that old black man that knows every sentence for every crime" Don't do that, you'll get 5 to 10 for that!", SMH. God respects our free will. He created us in his image and gave us a rational mind and a conscience. When someone says they were born that way, they just mean they were confused and no-one was there to show them the right way so they ran with it. But God gave us what we call special revelation and the natural law. He told us through special revelation (the bible) ,he revealed the purpose for sexuality was for one man and one woman to join together for life and enjoy sex in a life long commitment. But also"naturalisticly speaking, tab A goes into slot B; it's like we were made with built in instructions. Because people have perverted that and tried to twist the purpose of sexuality doesn't mean it's a free for all on the purpose of sex. Even from a materialistic, atheistic, agnostic, or non-theist perspective, how is that helping keep our species going? If homosexuals were stuck somewhere by themselves, unless they choose to have sex with the opposite sex, they would die out in one generation. That's just common sense.
3- And those men are called polygamists. Not a good thing. Obviously selfish, narcissistic individuals have always existed. Even king Solomon had 600 wives and 300 concubines but that doesn't make it right. Hitler led millions to kill millions, that doesn't make it right just cause some people, or a group, or a culture thought it was.
4- who said anything about persecuting, just cause we don't celebrate homosexuality doesn't mean we (Christians) hate them. See that's a common misconception. Just because we disagree with the sin of people doesn't mean we don't love them. We all sin. But we help guide them out of that sin. And like Jesus says"before you try to get that splinter out of your brothers eye, get that plank out of your own eye, that way you will be able to see clearly enough to help your brother with the splinter in his eye"meaning; make sure you get the sin out of your life before you try to help anyone else with their sin. It's not like we are just preaching without practicing. But hate never comes onto the picture. We don't want to hurt anyone, we want to save them from themselves. Our inherent sinful nature. Ex. NoOne had to teach you to lie. It came naturally. No-one ever sat you down and explained the merits of lying, but someone did tell you that you shouldn't do it, and your conscience tied you into that truth. They didn't do it cause they hated you, they did it because they knew you would have a happier, more fulfilling life if you didn't lie. That's the only reason we tell people of their sins. Not to persecute them but to lead them to a more fulfilling life. Where they can find true joy in a relationship. And I know there are people that are in bad heterosexual marriages. But that usually arises because they didn't start that relationship the right way and ended up in something they shouldn't have been in in the first place.
6- marriage is in other religions because they remembered it from before the tower of Babel. When the nation's split up And went their own separate ways.
And no, it's God that said that marriage was between a man and a woman.
Matthew 9:
3The Pharisees also came unto him(Jesus), tempting him, and saying unto him, Is it lawful for a man to put away his wife for every cause?
4 And he(Jesus) answered and said unto them, Have ye not read, that he which made them at the beginning made them male and female,
5 And said, For this cause shall a man leave father and mother, and shall cleave to his wife: and they twain shall be one flesh?
6 Wherefore they are no more twain, but one flesh. What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder.
7-And yes I know openly gay friends, and yes I talk about it with them, but no I don't just bombard them with the facts every time I see them. Life gives me plenty of opportunities to show them the errors of their thinking when calamity finds them. Homosexuality is not a successful lifestyle. They put on a good front but sooner or later reality hits and then I have a chance to explain to them why.
8- they have just as many rights as everyone else, but no, they want special treatment. They want things that are not theirs to begin with, and they want others to be subjugated for their own personal gain. Marriage is only important to those who believe in the sanctity of it. For gays they just want the benefits of it without the rules. That's like me wanting the interest from one bank while going to another to save my money.
9- same here, and you should stick with your civil union stuff and ask the government for rights like married people do, not force everyone to accept your civil union as marriage. That's compelled speech and against the constitutional right to free speech.
10- refer back to #6. You can't be Christian and pretend that the bible isn't very clear about homosexuality. And I'm not talking about the Leviticus mosaic laws, those were for the Israelites specifically, but the new testament is all too clear on the subject so if you find someone that claims to be Christian and ok with homosexuality, they are either lying to you our lying to themselves. Again, that does not mean you can't be Christian and still love your homosexual brothers and sisters, that just means you don't celebrate the sin. We all sin but us Christians don't celebrate that sin. We are called to turn away from sin and follow Christ. By putting our faith in Jesus we are forgiven for our sins, but repentance (turning away from sin) goes hand in hand with faith in Jesus.

So losing something is evolution. I thought things got more complex not simpler. I guess you lose everything until you end up with humans. I wonder how we started out if we've lost stuff until we were left with the bodies we have today. ..lol. i know, maybe evolution is just a fairy tale for grown ups that they've been indoctrinated into since kindergarten. Omg...vestigial tale with no bone or musculature...yeah. ..That's a skin flap not a tail. Not even centered on the spine. Sorry, that's just more bunk to debunk. Evolution does not happen, nor do you have one single example of evolution. Only variations within the original animal kinds. So yeah, you'll get big dogs, small dogs, hairy dogs, bald dogs, short dogs, and tall dogs. ..But you'll always get a dog every time. Same for every other kind of animal. Variations within the kind and limited to that kind unable to mutate far from the original without serious genetic issues. MutatIons are generally bad but you think that's how we got every kind of animal? Is there anything worse than bad observations based on Previous misconceptions. And vestigial structures are the opposite of evolution. You're losing stuff not gaining stuff. Like i said, are you gonna lose everything and that's how we got here?
