  1. He isn't doing anything. The hiring market looks as certain names associated with certain traits based on social trends. We know names don't say so much on a personal level. But these people have to read into the name on a resume because that's all they have to go on. So if your name is Adolf, you might want to go with Addy until people get a chance to know you.
