  2. It's illegal, people are being charged. That means the system is against it. Therefore it is not systematic racism. It's anti-systematic. The system is doing what it's supposed to do. As poorly as the government can. And don't let them use word games. Systemic would apply to anything because everything stems from something. Even being the first nation to make the slave trade illegal and 4th to make slavery illegal (even though it didn't apply to Indians until later).

  5. He isn't doing anything. The hiring market looks as certain names associated with certain traits based on social trends. We know names don't say so much on a personal level. But these people have to read into the name on a resume because that's all they have to go on. So if your name is Adolf, you might want to go with Addy until people get a chance to know you. It's just human behavior, not racist behavior.
