  1. Remember the CNN camera man who was pretending to be a protestor election night and Don lemonhead called him out before it blew up in their face? The media make news instead of reporting it. That's not constitutionally protected.

  2. No Tim. The first amendment requires participants to speak in honest. First amendment does not permit lies. Lies are lies. The first amendment only protects honest speech. That why we have liable laws and slander laws ,even though the press abuses their privilege and spread false information.
