  1. There should be no prisons. If so... Theft-you pay back 10 times, No jail. crimes and misdemeanors-you get up to 40 lashes or prison(you choose). Murder/rape/pedophelia- death. Do not pass go, do not collect $200, do not go to jail...straight to the chair.
