  2. The benefit is we don't allow seudo-scientists to dictate who's doing what and how to solve it. We do the work and find out what's really happening. Even if it were the case and people are doing it; do you really think America is the biggest contributor? Yet, the Paris accord would have restricted us to a stone age level while China does whatever it wants for decades. No thanks. They are decades behind us on clean energy. Don't blame us(U.S.) for something the world it's doing at large on a scale we can't even imagine.
