  3. Social networks act as private publishers. Fine, then they have to be honest about their blatant bias and can be liable for what happens on their platforms. But they have provisions that allow them to act like utilities and not be liable. That's cheating. That's playing both sides. That wrong and immoral. And the hypocrisy is horrific.
