  4. Sovereign citizenry is the default mode of every American. It is a real thing. People just try to apply it wrong. For example. You have the right to travel. You also have the right to not register the vehicle you travel in(if you build it yourself or buy it from the factory and not a dealership taking full possession of the factory title that most people never see). Just cause you bought it down the street and modded it a little does not make it your creation or a factory purchase.
