  1. Terrible take. Incase you haven't kept up Elon just fired the council in charge of scamming people for verification checkmark. Maybe you like the old system where morons would pay up to $25,000 for a checkmark. Secretly ofcourse since it was supposed to be based on popularity or interaction with a basic background check...like many conservatives found out... not really the case.
