  2. Yes there is a God, He said call him father, but he is spirit and not physical. He made you for a purpose. To love him and to love your neighbor as yourself. Suffering is the result of the fallen nature of the world and evil is the result of a lack of good in a person, like cold is really just a lack of heat. But you wouldn't be able to justify the difference between good and evil if there was no God. So given that there must be a God to account for that, the creation of the universe from nothing, and logic and reason (immaterial objects); that gives us a basis from which to extrapolate explanations from other parts of reality. Not just science; Although helpful, history has it's own special place in "knowing". Especially when someone claimed to be that God, and left historically accurate accounts of that whole happening. Tis far better to learn from someone else's mistakes rather than to make whole new ones on your own understanding. God said he created the earth and space, and a few days later he made the sun and moon, and the stars also. It says he stretched them out over the world. So if you find any life out there it won't be in great shape and it will probably be from here. Blasted off into space when the fountains of the deep broke open or after impacts from meteorite. Anything else you might be thinking of (ufo)might not be what you think. Ancient civilizations talked about beings pretending to be travelers from far away but where actually demons. And the bible says they can look like anything. So when you start hearing about aliens trying to make contact, remember what I just said. Unholy communion on YouTube to hear it from MUFON themselves.
