  1. Pay them more? Get rotated idiot, my uncle is a JR HIGH science teacher in PA. Hes paid 6 figures. Bro, they "work" 7 months a year and do basically the same shit every year like an assembly line worker. Anyone who says they need paid more dont know what teachers make. Or how little thwy actually DESERVE a wage that is in many cases on par or EXCEEDS that of a technician, or engineer.
