  1. Stupid people think they are smart because they cannot comprehend they are stupid. Its a self imposing limitation. Its the same reason a genius cannot comprehend why other dont understand. Its basically an impassible barrier that separates them. They will never see eachothers perspective. Its funny, stupid people and liberal are a perfect synonym in this case.
