Step 3: Go outside and open a dialog with people you have an irrational hatred for when you know nothing about them that DOESNT start with REEEEEEEEE TAKE OFF THAT HAT YOU REEEEECIST/MYSOGINIST/BIGGOT/ISTAPHOBE etc. etc. etc. Its actually pretty simple to come back to reality.

Well, even if you dont support trump, I dare you to wear a trump hat to say.... the local store in your leftist utopian city. See what happens. You have never been physically assaulted in public for having an opinion before have you? If someone wears a biden hat where im from we laugh sure, but leave them alone. If I wear a trump hat into a city I get physically attacked, punched, vehical vandilized, called every name you can imagine in front of my family or even possibly SHOT AT. All because I have a different opinion. Only one side are violent psychopaths. The right just wants to be left alone. Maybe the experience might make you more sympathetic toward my perspective.
