But you and I both know thats not how it will go down. Likely you can turn them away yes, but then ether A: they will show up with totalitarian communist "police" to FORCE you to take it. OR B: will keep you on a list, have you life shadow banned and you will "conveniently" lose your job the next day, have your bank account frozen, utilities tampered with, your name slandered and defamed publically etc etc until you conform.
