Seems to me the "defense" is on the same side as the prosicution. They have such a good case they have to throw it intentionally with a "dismiss WITHOUT prejedice". They are simply allowing enough time for their HIRED leftist antifa/blm/glowies to show up by the busload so they can burn down the city. We all know this is US gov VS the people. Not kyle vs the state. They wanna use this case as a large spiked club against any american that uses self defense against their ideological zealots. This is clear cut self defense. If you, fox, are advocating foe thw system as well in their attempts to take our 2nd ammendment away? We WILL retaliate. "Journalists" are pretty high on the list of "deal with the people who ruined our once great country".
