  1. Are you serious? The reasons simple. Because of of the world is still mentally retarded and fear nuclear power. Meaning the USE of nuclear power is nowhere close to the levels it SHOULD be. Increase the demand, make recycling the fuel PROFITABLE and there ya go, suddenly ot would be mostly recycled. Its really very simple. No demand, no supply.
