  7.  @feija0zinh0  He lied, for sure. Whether he followed orders to do so, who knows, but it was his decision to lie through his teeth. Ultimately, what sank him (and Fox, legally) were his emails admitting they were lying, and then he still went on and specifically said the lies that he knew were false.
