  1.  @EliteTeamKiller2.0  Bingo. One of the "writers" ripped it off, didn't tell anyone, sold it to Katy Perry, the record company poured tons of cash into producing the track... when some intern at the record company said "Uh, guys, this is another song." Then the lawyers got involved.
