When, instead of going 5-6 blocks to a grocery store, they have to drive, or take a bus 6-10 miles because companies don't want to or can't afford to rebuild. I hope they appreciate the increase in rent because their landlord's insurance jumped up 50%. When they are paying more for everything because the surviving businesses have to install additional security, and have less competition. Of course, they'll claim it's Trump's fault because Orange Man Bad. It isn't, it's because a bunch of idiots wanted to play Revolution for a week.
