  1. They've never been able to explain how it would work without a massive violation of the 4 Amendment. I live in Florida, there is no registration. Without coming in to my home, and ripping it apart, there is no way to prove/disprove I own a single gun. If they claim they have a 4473 with my name on it? Okay, it's six years old, I sold it to some guy, he might be named Alex or maybe Jim, four years ago. Good luck finding him.
