  1. The Vote Blue No Matter Who crowd will probably vote for him, maybe even give him some cash. But they aren't going to waste the time to go out and support him. I haven't found anyone yet enthusiastically supports him, they are opposed to Trump.

  2. He's mainly campaigning to collect funds for the down ticket. The idea of Trump as President with a Republican House and Senate, if even for just two years, scares the hell out of Dems. Though the last time Republicans held all three they pissed away every opportunity.
