  1. When ammo dumps go up it can start with a very small explosion. Look at the IJN Yamato. It was probably "only" a 500 lb bomb that hit it. But set of the magazine which turned it into 60K tons of scrap metal scattered across the Pacific. Also HMS Hood. I'm not saying it definitely happened this way. But Hamas, Hezbollah and others in the region do like to store explosives in places that an enemy would be nervous to shoot at.

  3. Flying pipe bombs, much like Stalin's Organs from WWII. No accuracy but they don't care as long as it lands in Israel.
