Biden's only hope with the Dem Soccer Mom demographic is to pick a female VP. They realize he only has a small chance of finishing out his term, so they are in effect picking her as the future President. Of course, how much damage he does before his own party decides that having scrambled eggs for brains in charge and pushes him out doesn't matter.
