  1. The people around her know she was promoted well beyond her skill level. Yet they want to promote her even higher. It's almost like they know they can control her and get her to advocate for whatever position gets them even more power.

  2. In college I had a professor who would play clips from the Sunday news shows. He would only play the answer. For extra credit on a test, we had to guess the answer. Ted Kennedy was the hardest. He would give answers like he was reading from a prepared speech and the interviewer was interrupted him. The question could be whether he preferred hamburgers or cheeseburgers. His answer would be a two minute rant about tax cuts effecting Medicare. Harris would be the all time champion. Not only doesn't she answer the question presented, she doesn't coherently answer anything.

  3. You may not have agreed with or liked Rush Limbaugh, but he had a great way of dealing with requests for appearances on Sixty Minutes (They asked a few times.) or similar shows. His only demand was to have his own camera running the entire time. They could show whatever they wanted first. But he would show the full response, in context and without editing, later. They turned him down every time.
