@jimmypenrose1401 The party that rules Chicago. The one that has been in majority control for over a century and had an unquestioned strangle hold since WWII. They have no responsibility for the craptastic state of the city? Which is the accepted excuse, incompetence or corruption? They've tried every other one. Trying to put someone else in charge won't make it paradise, but it can't make it much worse.
