If Baldwin had just apologized, profusely if necessary, in the beginning. Then went on to explain he was at the tail end of a long series of mistakes, I'd have a bit of respect for him. I've had an accidental discharge. Most people with a history with firearms have. At least I only almost shot only myself. I learned from it, I didn't blame a malfunctioning piece of equipment.

Paul Harrell "Meat pack ballistic simulator" Brandon "I've got a Mellon in a helmet, close enough"

The first video reminded me of the meme from the early days of the Ukraine conflict. There was a guy clearing mines from the road. With a cigarette hanging from his mouth he just picked them up and tossed them in the ditch alongside the road. No cares, now worries, just vodka and another day at work.

To paraphrase The Watchmen "There will come a time when you will shout 'save us', and I will look down and whisper....no" A group that has spent years calling me a Nazi/fascist/every ist and phope they can think of, now calls me a coward because I won't help them after they went out of their way to poke the bear. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.

Global warming has gotten so bad the frogs are transitioning back to straight.

If you aren't on a couple watchlists by now, you are living life wrong. Or you have gotten very, very grey.

As someone who has actually accidentally dropped a pistol off a boat, I wish Aquaman the best of luck.

It's a wedding tradition. The number of shots you fire before taking out a guest is the number of sons you will be blessed with.

White House staff calls Chipman. WH "Step out back, we have something to show you." Chipman "What am I supposed to see?" WH "Just keep looking at the flowers."

If you can get the most out of it, good for you. But I've seen people who can't keep shots in their own lane at 100yds. My first instinct is to see if I can low-ball them on their equipment while they are cussing at it.

There is one picture of two guys running down the street, each with Mosins. Unfortunately, like much of the stuff coming out of the situation, I haven't been able to confirm if it's current or 10 years old.

at least once.....a week.

These guys do a drive by, fire 30 rounds and hit two people they weren't even after. One negligent discharge a manages to hit three people.

In defense of Makarov, do traitors really count?

After a few too many White Claws he looks at a pile of parts and thinks "I could make that fit."

Don't underestimate the power of a thrown firearm. Remember those Superman shows when they'd empty a revolver at him. He didn't flinch. But when they threw it at him he'd duck or block it.

That first Glock did look like something from Borderlands.

Oddly, I have actually lost a gun while on a boat. Fortunately I live in Florida so no worries explaining why I no longer have a pistol that is registered in my name.

White Claw, 2020's answer to "What happened to Zima?"

@basketcas3717 I'm in Florida. Person to person sales without a check or licensed dealer are fully legal. But be warned. If you are the last owner with paperwork on that gun and it's ever traced to a crime, to police will be knocking on your door. It will not be a polite conversation. This is the reason I sell to dealers. I have proof that I ended any contact with the gun as of that date and to whom. I'm not saying everything I own was purchased from a dealer, but that's who I sell to.
3
Unfortunately the one time I bought a weapon that was retroactively declared illegal, they sold few enough of them that ATF and the dealer were able to contact me. I probably could (should) have had it registered, but I turned it back in.

Taurus owners: "Yeah, I'm taking a chance and hoping for a good one. But I didn't spend $1,500 to find out."

Why!?! The sounds of crying from my gun closet had finally stopped from when I first watched the original.

@Grunttamer I agree, they probably shouldn't go off. But, it is a container full of high explosives and a detonator. With no real knowledge of the quality of the safety systems built in, their age, or how they've been stored. Personally I would have been much more careful with them. Optimumly, from a much greater distance too.

I still have a couple of those.

12:20 Me, thirty years ago with my first SKS. "Clean it thoroughly. Oh, you meant the extra cosmoline both outside AND inside."

Possibly a Khyber Pass special/battlefield pickup some soldier smuggled home. Then tried to work with whatever parts he could find?
2
We're going to riot if he gets off on self defense! So, you are going to engage in violence against strangers who've just been told shooting rioters is acceptable in the right circumstances. How do you think that's going to end?
2
I would look perfectly natural in the hands of a Russian soldier going into Budapest to remind Hungarians they really want to stay Communist.

20currentyear It's finally happened. The collective IQ has dropped to the point where we actually have to tell people not to get a vasectomy with a 45. Honestly, I'm for keeping it a secret. Let the dumb ones take themselves out of the gene pool. Future, smarter generations with thank us.

Wait. Full auto AK-50? Well, I don't need Viagra for a month.

Unload a drum at full auto, or pay the rent? I will not be looking back at this year as the happy time.

US Navy "Have you been told of the glorious sisters that are the duel and quad 20 MM? Let us show you how to mount 40 sets on a single ship."

That steel target. All I can think of is the Simpsons meme "Stop...stop, he's dead already."
1
You realize as soon as this beast is finished someone is going to wonder how soon the full auto version (with 20 round magazine, or 40 round drum) will be ready.

The Chicago police department used to be the largest wholesaler in the region. A couple times a year they'd auction off the weapons they had seized. Usually in lot's based on type or calibre so it was a grab bag, but if you wanted a couple dozen 38s or 9mm pistols they were the guys to see.

"Stop resisting!" Shoots suspect at a downward angle, as if kneeling, in the back of the head

This looks like the firearms equivalent of a Rat Rod. When someone pours everything into the engine with absolutely 0 fucks given about the body.
1
Ma Duce. Because the neighbor's dog isn't going to figure out how to stop crapping in my yard by itself.

I see the FPC stance similar to defense attorneys. Yes, the people they defend may be actual scum, but I'm thankful I live in a country that allows them. "Read the Constitution" wasn't a good response. Maybe they should have explained the thinking behind their position instead of trying to be edgy.

Next gun control bill "Ban assault tables and full auto furniture."

It could be worse. You could have had Balenciaga as a sponsor.

From what I've read, the vast majority of Russian soldiers had no idea what was about to happen. But Russia (And previous Soviet Union) have a long history of this. Before being sent into Hungary the soldiers were told they were there to assist the Hungarian people in stopping a Western backed coup. They would be welcome as liberators, with open arms. They were genuinely shocked when average Hungarians started blocking roads, shooting at them, and trying to blow up their vehicles. There are also a lot of conscripts who want to stay in their (mostly) safe firebases, shoot at the woods, then get the hell out of there.

@imbetterthanyouis I've been trying to get information from several sources. I've noticed a lot of both pro Ukraine and Russia propaganda. There is the usual fog of war, but this has thousands of people throwing smoke bombs while trying to push their own agenda. It also helps to check the date when the information was collected and posted. The situation is very much in flux. The most accurate description I've seen was from LazerPig "I have no idea what's really going on there. And neither do you." I do agree that the Ukrainian government desperately wants to draw in others. I can't blame them, more allies is better. But combat could spin out of control for either side when outsiders start shooting/getting shot at. We've made it 70 years without US and Russian pilots firing at each other. And even then it was covered up for years. I'd be perfectly happy to go another 70 without it happening.

If it has over four points it's banned as an SBR. Do you own a gun? A) No, 3 points. B) yes, 6 points.

The guy with the 44 has clearly studied cats. Even after you screw up, just keep acting like you planned to do that.

Much like women's cycles syncing up, it will happen with men and facial hair.

The Skussy. Suddenly anyone who heard a DI threaten to skull fuck a recruit is having very bad memories.
1
Okay, who's willing to admit they've done some of the same stuff as the people in the videos? Assuming not with the blood.
1
@happyjohn354 When gun buybacks were first started this was a common complaint. If it's purchased during an implied amnesty it can't be used as evidence in court. The reward being offered isn't much, but more than they'd get by tossing it in a river after using a rival for pew pew practice.
