  2. This came dangerously close to happening years ago on the set of Sweet Sweetback's Badass Song. An angry boyfriend of an actresses showed up on set, waiving a gun around. He was talked down and disarmed. It wasn't until they'd finished filming the prop manager realized they had too many guns. Apparently whoever took the boyfriend's gun placed it with the prop guns. Several scenes were shot with an actor holding a loaded real one. Fortunately the scenes didn't require him to actually fire it.
