  4. Two words...De Port! It's easy. Turn off their benefit cards, no more handouts. I don't want to hear about "doing jobs Americans won't." We have more than enough native born criminals. If they are "children" then their parents/guardians can go with them. I'm sorry your old country is a dump. But we need to save what's left here before it also becomes more of a dump.
