  1. I'm still waiting for someone to explain how this wasn't selective prosecution. 1) They couldn't find a similar case. In fact they noted it happens regularly with absolutely no interference by government. 2) The Governor of New York came out and said this was one specific case against one person (Whom she happened to politically disagree with), and no one else would be prosecuted.
