  1. I'm thankful these kids are beginning to figure it out. But I'm having a hard time coming up with sympathy. Two years ago students were walking out of school to demand security officers be removed from schools because police were an occupying force. They demanded to be allowed in without going through metal detectors because "it's a school, not a prison". They wanted to end suspension/expulsion policies because they were racist. Much like cities that are being overrun with homeless camps, have open air drug markets, junkies staggering around like a hoard of zombies, and are seeing a huge spike in crime rates. You got everything you asked for, why are you complaining?
