  1. ICE needs to follow the lead of Sheriff Gravy from Florida. He holds weekly press conferences where he shows off the people arrested and why. He also generally lists off each person's prior history so they can't argue "just made a mistake". It's preemptive information against the "innocent baby angel" reporting.
