  1. Cold weather makes "refugees" fleeing for their lives want to go home. Sort of like many of those same refugees in the US and UK who flew home over Christmas. Then returned to help maintain their refugee status.

  2. I believe he's an advocate for a group that also wants to outlaw landlords. Having a home is a right and should be provided for free from the government without individuals profiting from owning property. Apparently the government is supposed to provide free healthcare, food, transportation, and just plain cash among other things. How to pay for it, not his problem.

  3. Remember when bail was partially based on whether or not you were a local citizen? Under the old system a person who not only wasn't from New York, but had proven that they were willing to cross borders without consideration for the law would have had their bail set a few times over the regular amount. But we can't do that anymore because.... reasons.
