  1. Do not give theatre kids power. Do not bow to the demands of theatre kids. Do not get dragged into the world of theatre kids. It's all drama, all the time. Nothing exists until it is an existential threat. Nothing exists until it effects them. 90% of their problems are somehow of their own making, someone else's fault, and always your duty to solve for them. I dealt with and tolerated people with this mindset too long before the exhaustion became too much.

  2. That is what they truly fear, apathy. The blow to their ego, the idea that they aren't the main character is genuinely something that would crush them.
