  1. ​ @spaceracer23  If he can show his rights were violated through malicious prosecution he can sue the NY AG office. The minimum he'd get would be his full legal fees (Which his lawyers will make sure to maximize.) Plus additional fees if he can show this interrupted his normal business. Depending on the decision of the appellate court, he might actually make a decent profit from the whole thing. Of course, it's all taxpayer's money and won't cost the prosecutors a dime, so they don't care.
