  1. She has a possible reason to ask about her sandwich. In my local Wawa you have to pay at the register before they'll start making your order. She just wanted what she paid for and realized it was more likely to get a sub than an employee opening a register for a refund.

  2. Anna pointing out that some things are crimes in one area but not another is typical of leftist inability to argue their point. Where I live there is no inspection to get your car's tag renewed. If I lived in another state and didn't get it inspected, I'd be breaking the law. If one county in my state wants to go completely dry and not allow any sales of alcohol, that's their right. If another wants it to be 24/7 and allow open drinking in public, that's also their right. Different areas have different laws, and penalties for breaking them.
