  1. They think they are above everything. NO. They know full well they can do whatever they want and no one in authority from mom to the police will even raise their voice against them. Politicians in Maryland want to raise the age of "juveniles" for purposes of criminal prosecution to 21 or 25. Sorry Baltimore, and Maryland in general, but you created your own little sh*thole. Live (or die) in it.
