  1. There's a contract, or covenant if you prefer, between the people and government. We the people will not seek revenge for being wronged in exchange the government will protect us from those intending to do wrong. We accept that the system isn't perfect, but it usually worked. The government has forfeited it's end of the bargain. Prosecutors now claim "reformative justice" while providing no justice for the victims of the criminals. They refuse to prosecute purely based on the ethnic or social ideology of the criminal. People dealing with other people causing problems directly (vigilantism if you prefer) will become the only option available.
