  1. Using the governor's logic that a declared, by her, public safety emergency can void any right. How long until the "public safety" of citizens in high crime cities is used to rationalize ending rights against random arrest and detainment without trial? An extreme example, but 5 years ago people would have told you that no governor could do what she just did.
