  1. I thought this was taken care of back in the 90's when the ACLU sued for the right of Illinois citizens to own a gun after being banned by in subsided housing. They won and it was decided a landlord, even the state, couldn't disarm you.

  2. Teenagers are notorious for making spontaneous bad decisions. I would say an armed 14 year old, all other circumstances being equal, is probably more dangerous to the general public than a 30 year old.
