  1. I had someone use that argument in another post. I pointed out I got that "stuff" with money I was given in exchange for time at work. If you worked however many hours it took to earn the replacement of whatever things and cash were being stolen, and your boss decided not to pay you, would you be okay with it?

  3. Under Texas law..... But the law is open to interpretation by the prosecutor. Even if found not guilty he still has to pay some sizable legal fees. She has an effectively unlimited budget to go after this guy to enforce her agenda, not the law. He's eating in a cheep taco shop and driving an older truck. I'm guessing his defense budget is fairly limited. I was warned, years ago when I first got my carry permit that it was a permit to carry, not use. If I ever drew it expect to pay at least $10,000.
