  1. He drank the Innocence Project Kool Aid a while ago. At this point it would take someone going on his show and reviewing, case by case, everything they've lied about. He'd still defend them with "But what about X" in the few cases they have managed to get people who shouldn't have been found guilty (not necessarily innocent, but you aren't required to prove that in court) to begin with. At that point he might be able to at least look at the individual cases more critically. But for now he'll keep believing whatever they say.
