  3. What is the point of hiring more border control agents if all they are going to do is act like a welcoming committee? What's the point of having more judges if all they are going to do is rubber stamp approval of every application? Unless that was their intention from the beginning. But that's just my conspiracy brain doing its crazy thing. Right?
