  1. #1 legal legit trick to avoid being sucker punched - kick (slightly) in the attacker's groin. Far less dramatic and dangerous legally. There is no dignity nor fairness or chivalry in a street fight anyway, but at least you won't be charged with a murder, like in a fist strike, after your opponent fell down and died bc his skull or neck cracked against the pavement.
